Trent 

Trent is the owner of 4Bs Disability and a hands-on support worker who leads from the front. With a background in support work, mentoring, and leadership, he’s passionate about building real connections and creating opportunities for the people he supports. Trent believes in keeping things genuine — showing up, having a laugh, and helping each person build confidence and independence in their own way.

Shane

Shane is an experienced support worker with over ten years in aged care and disability, bringing a calm, reliable presence to the 4Bs team. He is passionate about building genuine connections and supporting individuals to grow in confidence and independence. With a strong interest in creativity and music, and as a talented artist in his own right, Shane enjoys incorporating the arts into his work to create meaningful and engaging experiences for the people he supports.

emmett

Emmett is a dedicated support worker who brings a calm, confident presence to the 4Bs team. With a strong background in professional basketball, he understands the value of teamwork, discipline, and staying composed under pressure. Emmett combines this with a fun, energetic approach, building genuine connections and creating positive, engaging experiences that support each person’s growth, confidence, and independence.

Charity is the owner of 4Bs Disability and brings over 25 years of experience across the aged & disability sector. She is deeply passionate about what 4Bs stands for and is committed to delivering support that is genuine, consistent, and person-centred. As a dedicated Support Coordinator, Charity focuses on helping individuals build confidence, develop independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes, while ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
